Privacy Policy for Trackfinity
Effective date: August 15, 2026
Trackfinity ("the app") is developed and published by Navarro Games ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and your rights
regarding that data. It applies to the Android app distributed under the package ID com.navarrogames.trackfinity.
Summary
Trackfinity has no user accounts, no backend server, and no analytics. The app does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on servers we operate. Your game progress stays on your device. The only outside data collection happens through Google AdMob when you choose to watch a rewarded video ad.
Data we don't collect
- No sign-up, login, or user accounts of any kind
- No name, email, phone number, or other contact details
- No location data
- No analytics or crash-reporting SDKs
- No data sent to, or stored on, any server we operate — we don't run one
Data stored locally on your device
Your game progress, unlocked items, and settings are saved locally on your device only, using Capacitor's local storage (Preferences) API. This data never leaves your device, is never uploaded to us, and is deleted automatically if you uninstall the app or clear the app's storage.
Third-party services
Trackfinity shows optional rewarded video ads using Google AdMob (via @capacitor-community/admob). To deliver and measure these ads, Google AdMob and
Google Play Services may collect:
- Advertising ID and other device identifiers
- IP address (used for approximate location and fraud/abuse prevention)
- App usage and interaction data related to ad requests and views
This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us — we don't have our own servers and never see or store it ourselves. It is governed by Google's own privacy policy:
Ad consent (EEA / UK / GDPR)
If you're in the EEA, UK, or another region covered by GDPR-style consent rules, the app shows Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form before requesting ads. You choose whether to allow personalized ads; if you don't consent, only non-personalized ads are requested. You can update this choice again from within the app's consent form whenever it's shown.
Permissions
The app requests only the INTERNET Android permission, which is required for ads to
load. It does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, storage, or location.
Data retention
We don't operate any servers, so we don't retain any data ourselves — there is nothing on our end to delete. Locally stored game data stays on your device until you uninstall the app or clear its storage. Data collected by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's own policies, linked above.
Children's privacy
Trackfinity is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, and the app has no COPPA-specific data practices built in (e.g. no age gate, no child-directed ad configuration). If Trackfinity is or becomes directed at children, or is listed as "designed for families" on Google Play, this section and the app's ad configuration will need to be updated to meet COPPA / Google Play Families Policy requirements.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws like the GDPR (EEA/UK) or CCPA (California) regarding personal data, including the right to know what data is collected, to request access to or deletion of it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Because we don't collect or store personal data ourselves, there is generally nothing on our end for us to provide or delete. For data collected by Google AdMob, you can exercise these rights directly with Google, and you can reset or opt out of ad personalization through your Android device's ad settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads) or through the in-app consent form described above.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the app's data practices change (for example, if we add analytics or new SDKs in the future). Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
