Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 15, 2026
This is the general privacy policy for mobile apps published by Navarro Games ("we", "us", "our"). If a specific app has its own dedicated privacy policy page, that page takes precedence for that app; otherwise this general policy applies.

General data practices
Our apps typically don't have user accounts, sign-up, or login. We don't run backend servers and don't use analytics SDKs, so we don't collect, transmit, or store personal data on any server we operate. Where an app saves game progress or settings, that data is stored locally on your device only, and is never uploaded to us.
Advertising
Some of our apps show ads via Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, Google AdMob and Google Play Services may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), IP address, and app usage data. Where required (EEA/UK/GDPR), apps use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to ask for your consent before requesting personalized ads. This data is handled by Google under its own policy:
Permissions
Our apps request only the permissions they need to function — commonly just INTERNET, required for ads to load. Check an app's specific privacy policy page,
where available, for its exact permissions.
Data retention
We don't operate servers, so there is generally no personal data on our end to retain. Data stored locally on your device stays there until you uninstall the app or clear its storage. Data collected by Google AdMob is retained per Google's own policies.
Children's privacy
Our apps are generally intended for a general audience and not directed at children, unless a specific app states otherwise. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If an app is or becomes directed at children, or is listed as "designed for families" on Google Play, that app's specific privacy policy and ad configuration will reflect COPPA / Google Play Families Policy requirements.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws like the GDPR (EEA/UK) or CCPA (California) regarding personal data, including the right to know what's collected, to request access to or deletion of it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Because we generally don't collect or store personal data ourselves, there is usually nothing on our end to provide or delete. For data collected by Google AdMob, you can exercise these rights directly with Google, and reset or opt out of ad personalization through your Android device's ad settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads) or an app's in-app consent form where available.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our apps or data practices change. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
